I have one payment left to pay on it and they called last week to schedule the delivery because it is finally fixed. I have been sitting here all day 7/12/2023 waiting for them to call and confirm I'm available ( delivery was scheduled between 11-3 ) I call to find out if they are still bringing it today because I haven't heard from anyone just to be told that they are holding my refrigerator for one payment that I owe them. My main point is communication goes a long way in customer service and they are really lacking in that department. I intend to make my last payment ($80) and already told them as much but to hold it for one payment after already having it fo two months is kind of dumb. Yes I have a loaner but it's not the one I have been paying on for two years that I picked out.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
