Called 10/03, on a Saturday. Goes to an advertisement then hangs up. Would be nice to mention you are on winter hours and closed Saturdays. None of the other pool stores in the Tulsa area are closed on Saturday.

Have had a great experience with this team. We used them for the opening and closing of our pool. Just make sure to cross reference invoices against any individual chemical treatments and prior payments. Need to book pool service in advance - they fill up quickly.

For 16 years they have given us great service, great products and great advice. This summer when a problem arose outside their scope, they gave us a quality referral to a specialist.

Crystal Pools has been wonderful to work with! Everyone is so kind, patient, and informative, and they’ve happily answered all of my newbie pool-owner questions without ever making me feel silly. I really appreciate how helpful and easy they are to work with. Highly recommend!
