When I am in other towns I am able to go to other places like HD, but this is all we have in Grove. I have tried delivery service multiple times and every time it is a joke. I’ve paid for same day delivery and did not get until a day later. They didn’t care when I complained. I ordered a couple of days ago for a delivery today, to be able to work on a deck over the weekend. They said it would arrive between 8-12. Waited around all day with no communication. At 3:00 they called and said they couldn’t deliver down my road. They have delivered down this road many times! Anyways I told them to refund it and I will get from someone else. They still haven’t refunded it. I am not going to be able to work on the deck this weekend because now nobody is able to deliver until Monday. Please sell this store to another company that cares about their customers! We are sick of dealing with you.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
