    Customer service was was great. Jonathan answered all my questions and was great helping me with my move out. Square box Storage was a blessing for us and I definitely will be using them in the future

    Update: i’m now going on three weeks without a code to get in the gate. And the only time I can get over to move stuff around is after hours, but they don’t even answer the phone after hours and nobody responds when you knock at the door. I’ve had to call multiple times just to get in the gate. I’ve talked to the same person several times and they’ve assured me that they’ve passed on the information but yet nobody has done anything to give me access. I will go back tomorrow and move the rest of my stuff out and find a storage unit that will be more reliable. You would think that it would be fixed after the first phone call, but I’ve had several saying the same thing with no resolution. And it doesn’t seem to matter if you call the Customer Service line because ultimately it falls on the person who programs these gate codes locally. Technology is great when it works. When there’s nobody to talk to, and the kiosk doesn’t work and the credit card reader doesn’t work and the camera on the system doesn’t work Then you have to get on your phone and try to do it manually and that doesn’t work Then you have to call someone and ask them questions, but they can’t answer your questions because they’re not on site and they can’t tell you about the unit that’s available. Once I finally got everything set up, I couldn’t even get in because the code that they just gave me was not recognized. So much for trying to do something efficiently

    They are charging my card $280 and I’ve NEVER had a unit here. Customer service is saying since I don’t have access to the account they will continue to charge my card.

    Couldn't be happier ☺️ I was in a time crunch, it was late and Jonathan was very professional in allowing me to transfer to a larger unit even though it was minutes from closing and I really needed this to happen now, so I can get my things moved into a larger unit tonight. My experience with SpareBox Storage has been outstanding, so I was relieved that I was able to get the unit I needed from Jonathan, great guy, so TY

How do I rent a unit?

We offer three simple ways to rent a unit: On our website: You may filter through our locations to browse available units. You may also create your reservation and process your move in, all conveniently online! On location: All our locations (excluding SpareBox 0016 and SpareBox 0019) have a 24-hour on-site rental center with an easy-to-use kiosk. The kiosk will present all unit availability for the facility, and you easily create your reservation or move right in! With customer service: If you need assistance, please call (833) 777-7273 and one of our customer service team members will be happy to assist you in finding the right unit.

How do I set up my online account?

From the home page, click the red Register button in the upper right-hand corner: Select your state. Select your facility location. Enter your last name and unit number, exactly as they appear on your invoice or receipts. Note: Be sure to include any prefixed 0’s, or if you are in an accessible unit, be sure to include “ADA” after your unit number. After entering your last name and unit number, you will be prompted to set a password and a security question for your account.
