  Fantastic adventure to the Halloween display! While it was fun this years variety lacked luster. Hoping next year they improve on the lineup.

  Your progressive leasing program is a joke. A $500 dryer turned into $2600 due to "providing a service" with no help from the person I was speaking to. I would recommend not using this service as it was not outlined to me that I would be paying $2600. It's a full scam and they know it.

  My Craftsman mower lasted 1 year before the motor blew. My whirlpool refrigerator lasted 3 years before the compressor died. These are the only two major appliances I have had that were total garbage. Both bought from this store, both times told to kick rocks when I expressed my disappointment with their products. I know the days of quality appliances are gone, but everything they sell seems to be uniquely bad and they could care less.

  CONSUMER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!! I purchased the unit online on June 26, 2026. We picked it up after it arrived at the Lowes closest to our house. It seemed to be working ok but after a day or so we noticed water spitting out the front. We then realized it had a drain valve on the inside of the unit (in the house). So we put a tray under it and opened it. It did not drain very much but the drain pan was still full. I thought that was very odd. As days went by…..it started producing water at the rate of about a gallon an hour. By then it was not a tray….we had moved up to my turkey roasting pan to contain all the water that was coming out. It was also starting to make noises. I called Lowes and was told that because it was an online purchase I needed to deal directly with the manufacturer. Ok fine (but I disagree with this policy). By the 3rd email to the manufacturer I was realizing that they were going to keep me busy with promises and busy work….asking me to send videos, photos and the information plate on the of the unit. Then nothing. They are in China. It was shipped from there. My 1st question is how can I afford to ship it back to the manufacturer? I am retired, on Social Security and used fully one third of my monthly income to purchase this thing. I have accepted that neither Lowes or electactic is going to give me a refund. I will never shop at Lowes again and I am getting ready to lodge a social media campaign against electacticshop….the likes of which they have never experienced. #BoycottElectactic What I hope Lowes will consider is not selling junk like this on your website. As I read the manual for the unit…..one thing stands out…..the line that states the unit should NOT be used in areas of high humidity. It begs the question; Why on earth is Lowes selling this air conditioner in the United States, a country with high humidity at least 5 months of the year in the southern half of the country! I live in Oklahoma! Humidity IS THE STANDARD from May until October! Next please take a look at the unit itself. Had I been able to examine it in store….I would have NEVER bought it. Cheaply made….even the drain pan sides bend easily. The design is flawed, the drain pan sits at an angle that retains water, so then the bottom of the coil is always in water. The filters don’t ever fit snugly enough to do their job. The front cover does not even have the strength of Tupperware….it is so cheaply made. Who on earth stays close enough to their air conditioner to empty the drain pan nearly continuously? We have to shut it off at night so the turkey roaster pan won’t overflow…..so I go without cool air from bedtime until morning. I sincerely hope Lowes will consider dropping Electactic products from it’s online catalogue. I would like a refund or an air conditioner that does not have design flaws like this one does. Preferably one made in the U.S. I had the same issue with the #Frigidaire stove we purchased at Lowes a few years back. The gas valve on Frigidaire stoves is faulty. It nearly killed my entire family. We woke up to a house full of gas. Lowes REALLY needs to examine the quality of what it offers its customers. I have been a faithful Lowes customer since the day the store opened in Edmond, Oklahoma, as is my son (a landscaper with a Lowes business account). We are hopeful you will listen to us and replace this unit because it is clear the manufacturer has no intention of responding beyond a few murmurings. #BoycottElectactic #BoycottLowes Update August 15, 2026: Multiple calls to the manufacturer: no response. Spoke with Consumer Relations at Lowes only to realize the person assigned to me hadn’t even read my email, he thinks I’m a man. His only job is to refer me back to the Manufacturer. Update August 20, 2026 How does Lowes stay in business? Trying to contact the store about the return of this air conditioner and the A-I phone system keeps hanging up on me. It won’t let me speak to a human! After the 6th call I asked to speak to a manager and it told me it cannot complete that task. #Insanity
