My wife and I had a very frustrating experience at this Lowe's. Before driving to the store, we verified multiple times that the grill we wanted was in stock. When we arrived, there were several fully assembled versions of the exact model on the sales floor. After purchasing the grill, we specifically requested a fully assembled unit.
Instead of selling us one of the assembled grills, we were repeatedly told they were display models and couldn't be sold. We then waited more than 35 minutes while employees tried to locate one in the back, but no one could tell us whether it was assembled or when it would be be available. Communication throughout the process was poor, and getting assistance from management during our visit was difficult.
Afterward, I contacted Lowe's Customer Care, and they agreed that the situation was unacceptable and escalated the issue. I was eventually able to speak directly with the store manager, who listened to my concerns and offered a $40 discount on the grill to make things right. I appreciate both Lowe's Customer Care and the store manager for working to resolve the situation.
While I still think the in-store experience should have been handled much better from the beginning, I do appreciate the effort to make things right after the fact. I hope the store can improve communication and customer service so future customers have a smoother experience.

My second bad experience, first one being with a screen door where the manager likes to just disappear when calling upon him. The most recent would be today(6/13) around 15:45 I was shopping for a tool box and when I found one I asked the checkout girl if I could get some help(since she was the closest) nobody came to help us in the 10 or so minutes we waited.

I just don't understand you can never find anybody to help you out The app sucks I can't find what I need and where it is you complain to the managers and they act like you're complaint is just ridiculous and do nothing about it I have to come here everyday in order to make a living and sucks I cannot simply get any help and even when I do the person I'm talking to you has no idea how they can help

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
