  SELLING DEFECTIVE EQUIPMENT Against my better judgement I went back to Leslie's- such a joke! After purchasing a Polaris 3 times at the Edmond store and getting them Home to find out they were all broken in the box, I returned the last one to the north penn store for a 4th try. The manager got on the phone and told me he would repair it but not replace it.! What in the world. It hasn't even hit the water yet and he wants to start taking it apart? After I told him I didn't think that was good enough, he hung up on me. I don't know what had happened to Leslie's that they only employ disgruntled managers but please quit selling broken equipment as new. Ridiculous. So after 4 attempts - I have a brand new still in the opened box Polaris that is broken and worthless. . I had my last experience with Leslie's on Bryant. After paying for my $200 order and moving my car to the pick up area, practically nothing I paid for was in stock and then had to wait inline to get a refund- and then also go elsewhere to get the stuff our pool needed. My adult children laughed at me for being overly impatient, then two weeks later one of them was treated so rudely by the same manager. 2 long time clients not going back. It's sad, because they employ nice people there and the old manager who passed away was a pool genius. This guy is not representing the company well. I'll spend my money somewhere else
