Steph is super awesome. I called her this morning to let her know that I am looking for storage and that I wouldn’t be able to come in until around noon and she told me it was no problem that she is here until six and so whenever I arrived at noon, she was waiting for me in the office. She took me to look at several different sizes and was showing me how I could arrange things and it didn’t even occur to me to think that I could stack things on top of each other. I’m over here, cringing at the price, even though I do understand that she has some of the best prices and she literally saved me the stress of having to figure out how to make it work. I was thinking about getting a 10 x 30 but we ended up deciding that whenever I get paid I’m gonna come in and get a 10 x 15. Let me know that if I had to get a bigger unit, it would be a very easy process. She gave me a complete tour of the facility and showed me the pin pads on how to get in and out of the facility. She informed me that if I decided to go online and rent that the lock would be available, which I was considering going online but now I’m gonna come in and see her and rent through her. She informed me that’s the only day the office isn’t open is on Sunday and I can work with that because Sunday Should always be for yourself at least one day. I got carried away and I spoke with her for over an hour. Extra space storage has a great employee out here. She’s super down to Earth super kind and let me know that if I needed anything that I could reach out to her and even let me know that if she wasn’t here that the assistant that would be here would be more than happy to help her so shout out to Stephanie for a great customer service and just being an awesome person. Also, I came to edit real quick. She never once made me feel like I was being rushed out of the office. She treated me like I was more of a friend than a customer and That is so hard to come by nowadays so again thank you to Steph for making my experience so awesome
