I called earlier today to pay my storage bill. I was behind so my units were overlocked. The phones were forwarded due to my location had an emergency. The person I spoke with told me that there may not be anyone there until the next morning, but he would make some calls. It was my only day off so I had planned on moving some things. I told him I would call back before 6 to check back with him. Boy, was I surprised when I received a call back letting me know he was going to make a special trip to unlock my units himself! Wow! Now that is excellent customer service. THANK YOU EXTRA SPACE for being the best storage facility in OKC and Edmond.
