I have to give a special shoutout to Cat in the Fulfillment Department at this Lowe’s location. She went truly above and beyond for me when my order for a multicolored planter was out of stock. She personally called me, offered an alternative, texted me photos, and kept in communication every step of the way. When another employee found my original planter choice, she held both options for me and let me decide.
She had it delivered in time for my daughter’s birthday! Cat is professional, warm, and genuinely cares about her customers. She is an absolute asset to this store. Thank you, Cat — my daughter loved her birthday gift! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This location doesn't even deserve 1 star, the manager who goes by the name of Hudson shows poor judgment of Lowe's decision to put him in place as a member of management. If you actually want to receive quality customer service I would suggest to drive further away to go to a different location, or go to Home Depot in Ada, OK. Extremely disappointed with Durant, OK Lowe's.

This Lowe's location has some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced.
The younger employees are lazy, unprofessional, and openly disrespectful. When I arrived with my 5x8 trailer, one of them made a sarcastic and degrading comment about it, as if I didn’t even know my own equipment. On top of that, materials were poorly organized, forcing me to leave my gate open just to load. I had to secure everything myself with straps, and one of my tires was low on air.
When I asked for help, nobody stepped up. There was no working air hose or air machine. The front desk employee said there was nothing she could do because “people keep stealing the hose.” That’s not a solution—that’s negligence. Instead of helping, I was pushed into buying my own hose and connector.
What makes this unacceptable is the clear difference in treatment. The attitude I received felt discriminatory and degrading. I watched other customers—who were buying far less—receive better service, more respect, and actual help. The gap in treatment is obvious and unacceptable.
I’m a Lowe’s Pro customer and spend serious money here, sometimes buying multiple pallets. Yet I’m treated like a problem instead of a customer. The truth is, the only reason I come here is because it’s the only option nearby—but at this point, it’s honestly easier to drive to Sherman just to be treated with basic respect.
This isn’t an isolated issue. The attitude at this store is consistently bad. Employees don’t want to work, don’t want to help, and clearly don’t value customers.
Management needs to fix this immediately.

Lo más grave es la diferencia evidente en el trato. La actitud que recibí fue discriminatoria y denigrante. Vi claramente cómo a otros clientes—que compraban mucho menos—se les daba mejor atención, más respeto y ayuda real. La diferencia en el trato es obvia e inaceptable.
Soy cliente Pro de Lowe’s y gasto dinero serio aquí, a veces comprando varias paletas. Aun así, me tratan como si fuera un problema en lugar de un cliente.
