Not happy with the pressure of Electric Power Washer I purchased on the Lowe’s App. Was told I could NOT return due to it being more than 48 hrs after purchase, and this policy is clearly posted on the wall. WHERE in the App is this posted? I purchased a refrigerator yesterday, along with many appliances in the past. Very dissatisfied with the customer service provided.

Well, I’d say it’s been two years since I’ve been to Lowe’s walked into this one. I thought you know what it’s across the street. I’ll just you know. Give them another chance because of the way y’all treat veterans. I didn’t wanna go in there, but I thought OK. I have my dog with me. I’ll be fine service animal I have papers. I have everything I walk in and of course y’all can’t trust you’re good customers. You have to ask for IDs every time we walk in it’s obviously I’m a veteran. I got a hat on. I got all this but no, I got a scam my ID so we got self check out poor kid at self checkout don’t know ADA rules you don’t know service animal rules you don’t know any kind of rules that have to do with service animals. He needs to be trained y’all gonna represent the veterans y’all need to train your employees. He snuck up on me and my dog did his job You don’t sneak up on a veteran that has a dog because he’s probably got PTSD and that’s a bad thing so you need to train your employees how to treat people with disabilities. I will never step in Lowe’s again this is I gave y’all another chance never Again.

The people that work there (construction entrance) are great at what they do. Kerry is amazing, she is always friendly and very funny lil light humor with us men is always nice to see when ppl act human. Always in and out everything im looking for is available at the time I in there which is 4 to 5 times a week picking up materials.

Worst customer service ever!! Waited for someone to answer the ringing phone after getting thru the automated system. 8 minutes before an unpleasant, young sounding girl answered the phone. I asked for a specific person and sat waiting on hold again for another 10 minutes before hanging up. I wouldn't even give them 1 star. Why do you have a phone if you aren't going to answer it??!!

This is by far the worst Lowe’s in this area for customer service. If you have a problem or a concern don’t ask for a manager because you won’t get to speak with one. The Claremore store should take some customer service lessons from the Lowe’s in Tahlequah, because they are very helpful.
