Debby was super helpful and very kind! She helped me figure out the code for my storage unit when I forgot it. All of my stuff was kept safe and cool all summer long in the temperature controlled storage unit.

Ms. Debbie is the only reason for this 5 star review. The company is alright, had a mixup when we first started using their services and were supposed to be put in a climate controlled unit when we were actually provided an outside unit but still charged climate controlled storage rates. Ms. Debbie worked with the owners and I to fully refund all of the excess payments. Good clean location and first class customer experience all credited to Ms. Debbie. She also made the move out process easier than tying your shoes. Thank you so much Ms. Debbie. Your company needs to give you a raise.
