Ordered a new grill. It arrived damaged. They offered a discount and I accepted. I never received the discount and after receiving the replacement part from the manufacturer (72 hours later) and started to unwrap the rest of the pieces discovered more damage. I called customer service and was hung up on. Called back and was told that I only had 48 hours after delivery to have the grill replaced and I was stuck with a grill that has creases in the sheet metal that should be straight. WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER!

This is the worst location. The lumber associates are incompetent. Have no idea what furring is. They won’t get lumber out of the back when they’re out on the shelves. They will only cut plywood in half so it will fit in your car. I’m sorry but if you cut it in half it still won’t fit in a car. Don’t bother shopping at this location.

This location-1900 Hillside needs much improvement. I have been there two weekends in a row, from 7-19-26, 7-25-26. The first time 2ppl stood there talking-male/female. I asked for assistance. I was told he would call someone. No one ever came. I just left the store. The second time. A young lady was called to assist but she provided info but she was so nonchalant about assisting me. I left the store again with not getting what I needed. I will just order online or take my business elsewhere. I have no time to waist.

I thought the one in Claremore was bad, but this one is way worse. Good luck finding help when you need it. Online pick up is also a nightmare.

Can you please open up more SELF Checkouts? I had one item. There was several self checkouts that were closed as myself and others stood in extended lines of people that can’t read “card only” signs and then ask for for help because of their inability to read. The other half had shopping carts full of plants and all kinds of crap that us with one item camped behind. At least open an express lane or something. Preferably open the closed self checkouts. Since they don’t require a person I’m puzzled as to why they are closed. DO BETTER!

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
