Allow me to take you on a jourmey of why I will never be buying an appliance from Lowe's ever again.
About a year ago, my wife and I purchased a Bosch dishwasher from the Broken Arrow, OK Lowe's. It had to be ordered, so it took a month to arrive. I travel for work, so my wife was doing dishes by hand for our 2 small children. Upon arrival, the dishwasher install was outsourced to lord knows who. During installation, the technician crushed the discharge water tube. This tube isnt a replaceable part. This turned into having to return and order an entirely new dishwasher. After another month of doing formula bottles by hand, I called Lowe's to see the status of our order; turns out, Lowes never placed the second order, so we were forced to wait yet another month for delivery, over 3 months in total. Lowe's never took accountability for the install, which is odd, I shouldnt have to explain to a hardware store thatthe general contractor is responsible for the work performed by any and all subcontractors. After the final install, about a week or 2 later, I noticed that it still wasnt correct, it moves back and forth entirely too much, it isnt bracketed into the cabinetry as it should be. The lack of accountability on Lowes' part was such an affront, I chose to cancel my Lowe's CC, and forego ever purchasing anything of significance again.
If this were an isolated incident, Id brush it off, however, a year later, ignoring my warnings, my wife's parents went through almost an identical experience with Lowe's and their dishwasher. This seems to suggest consistent incompetence.
Update: Lowe's left a reply to my original review asking ke to call some number so they could resolve the issue, it was a cutesy way of getting to tell me.to kick rocks to my face; "there's nothing we can do". Additionally, after only 1 year, the dishwasher wont drain correctly.
Lastly, after breaking stuff in my house and refusing to take accountability, I tried to withhold payment on the install, because duh.
They reported it to the credit bureaus and refuse to take it off even after the account was paid in full.
So, not only did they break stuff, skirt accountability and effectively steal from me, theyre rubbing it in and still have an effect on me and my family.

The pick up manager has said she could not find the material we ordered two days in a row and was not willing to help locate the material. Went to the pro desk both times and Sonya was able to locate the material and have me out the door in less than 10 minutes. Huge praise to the pro desk squad.

1 HOUR WAITING TODAY FOR THEM TO STOCK THE SHELVES!!! Why can they never have ANYTHING in the lumber section stocked for weekdays? I have spent well over 3 hours in the last few weeks standing in the lumber section waiting on them to get stuff from the back. Every location is like this. Management needs to be fired and replaced. The quality of service, and the quality of materials has gone downhill fast... but they keep raising the prices.
Wow just wow. Dont think store will care but people should know i went in to buy 2 4x8 drywall and there was no carts to use many were full in isles but noone around them so I asked the older man at the loading dock register if could get some help loading 2 pices to buy he walked off. Looked around went out side then came back in and said. Noone will help you carry them! I was shocked and left. Went to home depot they helped but anyway I called the store to let manager know got a call center and I asked him do they help customers anymore and he said "no" I asked when did they stop he refused to awnser and then lied and then lied more and then said I lied it was all recorded so I hung up call the store got. Front desk she could help or didnt want to so sent me to a manager. I heard them pic up and never said a word then hung up! Wow. I called back got call center bearly could understand him but asked for a manager he refused ! So i hung up again They lost my biz and hope yall dont get treated the same way but seams to be a manager issue as employees follow leadership if they dont care to help employees dont care to help! Lowes need to be like home depot and do customer service but that's there call I guess just thought yall should know. Good luck or go to another store or homedepot!
Lowe at this location not the same of 10,25 years ago,the products got more variety for sure ,but the people in stores now way different, I have been go to this store for long times , I had purchased from Lowe at this location for windows replacement and laminated flooring installed in my house also kitchen cabinets upgrade ,I have purchased materials from this store to build my 8'×8' shed ,a patio and now building another patio purchased materials from A to Z ,this morning 4/21/26 I came to get some shingles ,I have used up my roll of shingles underlayment I only need a small portion 2' × 3' , I was asking people if I can by a small piece like that but no one help, some say don't know ,and the guy on the folk lift simply told me to get another roll! then I tried to get 4 bundle of shingles underneath the shelf, there were 3 guys standing there but none offered help , I struggled to get them out managed to load them on the cart take to my truck but my back got really hurt when I got home it's hurt bad I couldn't continue on my patio project , I don't blame that on anyone but in general should the store people assisting customer ? I sure the store camera sure have recorded the scene I'm struggling trying to move heavy load , store
the people in this has change, some seem careless,some even rude !
