Can you please open up more SELF Checkouts? I had one item. There was several self checkouts that were closed as myself and others stood in extended lines of people that can’t read “card only” signs and then ask for for help because of their inability to read. The other half had shopping carts full of plants and all kinds of crap that us with one item camped behind. At least open an express lane or something. Preferably open the closed self checkouts. Since they don’t require a person I’m puzzled as to why they are closed. DO BETTER!

This is the most unorganized store ever. I have been in here numerous times in the past year and they have just declined terribly in Customer Service. I will never return again. There is never anyone around to help you with anything. I had to ask 4 times for someone to please come to a particular aisle for help. This was a 30 min ordeal and still no help came. I will drive straight down 71st to Home Depot - Lowes you lost a customer for life. I’m shocked this store can remain in business. Do Better Lowes in BA! You should be ashamed!

You are an improvement store. How about improving your restrooms for your customers.
Not only are they filthy but the seats are broken. The tissue dispensers are broken. I’ve seen better restrooms in third world countries.
Your staff including your customer service team needs to be trained about your return policy as well. They could not answer questions as simple as how long do I have to return an item if it doesn’t meet our needs. Three associates included and no one knows.

I recently purchased a brand-new Toro Recycler Max lawn mower from Lowe’s in Broken Arrow. Unfortunately, the mower had serious performance issues right from the start. It constantly clogged with grass around the blade and stalled after only a few feet of mowing. In my opinion, the design is not well suited for thick Bermuda grass conditions, which are very common in this area.
After troubleshooting and confirming the issue, I returned to the store for assistance. I spoke with the store manager, Andy, and was disappointed with the customer service I received. Instead of helping process the return or offering a practical solution, I was instructed to buy a fuel transfer pump, remove all the gasoline myself at home, and then return the mower. This required multiple unnecessary trips and wasted a significant amount of time.
Most customers do not own fuel pumps or expect to perform this type of work on a brand-new defective product. When equipment does not perform as intended, especially under normal local grass conditions, the store should provide better support and a smoother return process.
Overall, the mower did not perform well in thick Bermuda grass, and the return experience was frustrating due to poor customer service and lack of assistance.

worst lumber store in town. I went to get one piece of plywood a few other items. i got in there found the plywood couldn't find the cart. employee walks up and rudely barks at me we're going to drop some stuff. I guess that means I need to get out of the aisle and wait. okay that's fine didn't have to be rude. could have explained better but no. had to walk way out to the parking lot to find a cart because they didn't have any anywhere near the store. got back of course I had to wait 25 minutes. when they open up the lane of course the employees drag their feet as much as possible to open it because they don't know what customer service is. I needed a 2x6. it was clearly marked $4.64. bring it up at $9 because they couldn't find the barcode. I said excuse me I think that was around $5 The man started laughing my face like I was an idiot because I thought of 2x6 would be so inexpensive. I literally snarky smirk and laughter. no I'm not an expert on the pricing of lumber especially not at your store where you actually work. I said you know what keep the two by six I put it down just ring me up please. I was then told just cuz I'm having a bad day I shouldn't take it out on him. I certainly wasn't taking anything out on anybody and had I he would have regretted ever saying that. really not his business to tell me how to be it's his job to ring up the item or ensure the prices are correct not off in my face and tell me I should come over there so he can show me I'm wrong. mention that the price tags were hard to figure out cuz they were all on the wrong place and he said if you have a problem the manager's right over there and I should go over there and talk to her about it. you know maybe they should label stuff where you can tell what things cost because there was two other items I was trying to pick up but I couldn't tell or decipher the price of anything because the labels were all in the wrong places that was hardware department by the way so I didn't buy that stuff either. I got the plywood and I left. I will not be coming back to this establishment. this was the absolute worst experience I've ever had in 50 years at Lowe's or Ace or home Depot or any place like that. I'm laughing in your face Mr cashier. take it out on me because you're short and bald and middle-aged and broke.
