Not worth the hassle of breaking it down and hauling back to the store just to ask them to get another one after the first was so difficult for them. Lowe’s online offered me 5% for the damage. $12. Complete waste of time. I’ll be skipping this store in the future.

I asked one of the associates in the store, Caleb, if there was any way I could get my mulch early. He said sure … he couldn’t find a garden center employee so he took my cart and brought out my mulch himself and took me to checkout. Then Joseph rang me up and accompanied me to my car and loaded my mulch for me. What great guys and so helpful!! Great experience at Lowe’s today! C

Not to mention being told that if I needed any of those materials I would have to load myself or wait about an hour... the guy didn't mention my third option which was buy that stuff somewhere else, which I did.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
