The only saving grace of this place is Brandon. I booked a unit because I would be moving from Texas to Oklahoma. After packing it up in TX, driving the 5 hours to Bixby, I get into my unit to see there’s no ac in my climate controlled unit. I return to the front desk where the lady tells me “oh yeah it’s been out since yesterday. We can move you to a unit that’s half the size”…. I was irritated she didn’t tell me at check in. I was irritated I just rented a U-Haul and drove it up here for no climate control. She didn’t offer a discount. She offered a unit half the size. Not wanting to pay for more miles on my U-Haul or for another unit, I asked when it would be fixed and she told me a week. I call in a week, speak to Brandon who offers me a regular storage price instead of climate for the next month. I’m already having to store my stuff that needed climate elsewhere, so I say okay and ask when it will be fixed. He says hopefully within the month. I call today, still not fixed, still don’t know when it will be… excuse after excuse. And I’m sure no one in that area knows the climate is out.
