- ACAshley Colbert2 days ago2.0I've never had a experience in store but ordering online has been terrible ordered shutters on May 9th was told they would be delivered by May 11th then told it would be delivered today May 18th now they are saying it will May be delivered the 21st and that's a big if also I feel like I was charged twice and still haven't received my order I will never order online again and Lowe's just lost some of my business

- DEDaveion EllisMar 22, 20261.0My husband came to pick up an order for a neighbor of ours, and when he went up there, he had the receipt and they wanted to accuse him of finding the receipt to come in and steal a door instead of asking for his information they wanted to assume that he just found the receipt and was trying to get if for free!!!!! We have plenty of money in each account it’s so unprofessional instead of asking for his information, you just jump straight to conclusions and assume the worst but I’m sure if it was a whole different person. It would’ve been a whole different type of communication, clearly, the employees need more training on how to talk to their customers very unprofessional and so disrespectful

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
