Lowe’s of Bartlesville has been terrible to deal with regarding ordering of new kitchen cabinets. I have used Lowe’s before and have never had an experience as bad as this one. I ordered $4,900 of cabinets for my kitchen on June 30th. Half of the order was delivered on July 10th and the other half was damaged in transit. I still have never received the other portion of the order l, however Lowe’s did refund me for 1 of the missing cabinets but refuse the others as they claim they were delivered but never were. Of the cabinets we did receive, several had some damages and Lowe’s refused to refund or credit some for the damages even though I took photos of all damages as we were unboxing them. The Bartlesville store has been terrible to work with and I have emailed Lowe’s corporate to hopefully get a resolution but that was 2 weeks ago and no response as of yet. I would recommend going anywhere else at this point. I only gave 2 stars as we have had good experiences at other stores.

Went to lowe's stor in bartlesville to by some windows push the button know one came push it again know one came push it 4 times walk around did not find anyone went up front of building talk to on person ask any one could help a older man said he would try to help walk back to windows he got on computer said he was not able to order any windows said thanks and walk away never have been any where that had no service and a no body to help this would have been a big sale poor service wish there manager The Service Was Very Bad will not come back and not recommend this store to any one

The store in Bartlesville Oklahoma is experiencing very poor service. The worst issue is had this trip was I was attempting to buy 18 sheets of Wafer board, 8 6x8x10 treated timbers, 28 2x6 boards, 8 bags of concrete and I couldn't get any help. The my wife and I waved the yellow flags they had laying near by and not one associate ask if we needed help. They were all worried about putting carts up 2 hrs before end of shift. I drove 30 miles to get this lumber but received very poor service. I hope if you think about shopping at Bartlesville Lowes, that you try a different place. I hope this helps you.

But also for any amd all home improvement projects you may want to do, you can find the supplies you need here ntm bird feeders and if your lucky you can actually find some of the plants amd flowers on sale I absolutely love this place!!!
