- RHRichelle HumphreyJun 27, 20231.0Please be careful before you buy anything from them. They do not stand behind the products they sell. We bought a Polaris Robotic pool sweep from them in April with a two year warranty. It quit working in June. They said they do not do warranty work and you have to call Polaris. (We tried to contact Polaris. Wait time on the phone was 78 minutes so sent them an email and auto response said they would contact us in 48-72 hours. It has been 8 days and no response.). Have contacted other Leslie Pool places and they will do warranty work. The place in Ardmore says their district manager told them are not to do warranty work. I would suggest shopping somewhere else.
