Today 7/6/26 was a mess from picking up my lumber to having help load it . Look at the picture the board completely split open and they added this to my oder I was picking up.
This particular store has the worse customer service especially in the lumber department. They really need to have a talk with their employees and tell them the importance of a customer . Also teach them curiosity , and respect as a representative from lowes .

Monday morning only one check-out register open in the garden section creating long lines with 15 minute wait time the whole time we were shopping. Unacceptable that they can't get another employee to help out on another register to avoid that when necessary. Makes you want to go somewhere else to spend $160

No place of business is perfect. My positive experiences at this store far outweigh the small, negative ones. I believe people make the difference.
When assistance was needed concerning a pricing discrepancy between signage and an end sale date, the associate was polite and contacted a supervisor who was kind enough to honor the sale price. It wasn’t just that we saved money or got what we wanted, their attitudes were friendly and professional.
We also appreciated the efforts of Amber and her Supervisor, Tyler ( sure hope I remembered their names correctly) dealing with specific needs when purchasing and picking up a grill. Again, watching them take the extra time to assist and inform us was appreciated. They went above and beyond what was expected.
I am of the opinion that good help is hard to find, and becoming a rarity in the world of retail and customer service. Happy to know there are still people who care about what they do and how well they do it. It makes a difference.
