  Went in with my husband to by 4 veggie plants, one 6 pk of marigolds and one orchid. When we went to pay an individual cashier screamed at us and was extremely disrespectful when we tried to ask for further assistance because of this exchange, we were met with other young individuals laughing at the exchange and an older employee making excuses saying they had a bad day. I too have had many of bad days- but that is not an excuse to take it out on someone that just entered your line to check out and ask for a price check. Due to this increasingly rude behavior we left without our things and myself in tears. We won’t return, because it wasn’t just one bad employee but many.

  I am very disappointed with my recent experience. Last year, I purchased two rose trees from this store for $79.99 each, spending close to $160 plus tax because I wanted something beautiful and meaningful for my flower bed in memory of my father. Unfortunately, neither rose tree came back this year. When I called the store, I was told roses only have a 30-day return policy, so there was nothing they would do. I understand stores have policies, but after being a loyal customer for years and purchasing numerous plants from them without ever having an issue, I expected better customer service and at least some willingness to stand behind their products. What upset me the most was the response I received from an employee named Josh. When I said I guess I would not be shopping there anymore, his response was simply, “Okay then.” That response alone showed me how little customer loyalty seems to matter. In today’s economy, spending that kind of money is not easy, especially on something that held sentimental value to me. I am beyond disappointed and will definitely reconsider where I shop for plants in the future.
