Easy sign up, easy to understand how to access. Only issue was no lock in my unit when I arrived, but a quick phone call and we were able to resolve. Also, lighting seemed to be reversed (lights on in the day, off at night). Again, one call to the facility manager and they were going to look into it right away).
Happy with the area's location, the units are nice, big and clean. I have the climate controlled unit and am happy 1 week in (if that changes, I'll get on and adjust this review).

Super easy purchase online. Size helper was perfect. Insurance option very helpful and priced competitively. Facility is clean and well maintained. Unit was clean. Process pretty easy over all. Lock was left in unit for use just as described.
