- TFTara FisherJun 25, 20263.0I think Ben is great! He's very knowledgeable and knows his stuff! Always helpful and answers my questions. However, Justin, is incredibly rude. He makes me feel stupid for asking questions. I dread having to go there and get supplies knowing hes probably working and the one I gotta deal with. When I go in there with my husband hes always nice to him. Hes a totally different person. But when I'm alone, he's always rude, he seems pissed off that im even asking him questions, like I'm such a bother to him. Im done giving my business to them! Its unfortunate, but im not going to spend my money in a place where the employer is always rude to me. Im not sure what Justin is, owner, manager, whatever his position is, he needs a lesson in customer service!!! Especially dealing with women!

Know that this was a very careful and calculated choice purchasing the Nordic brand spa off Justin. We went to six different stores and sat in all the ones we were considering. I believe this is very important. Please know that I had my own hot tub store for 22 years and serviced them over 40. This makes me pretty qualified to make these statements. Yes, we could have paid less but considering all the values like a knowledgeable representative, truthfulness, warranties and perceived product quality product quality. Delivery was on schedule and was professionally and safely handled by Paul the service manager and Ethan. I wish I had their equipment when I delivered hundreds of spas. We are counting on many years of enjoyment in our retirement. I’ve already found my favorite seat!
