We hired them 28 years ago to lay sod in our very first home in Beavercreek and they just laid about 2 acres of sod at our forever home in Lebanon. They are hard working, honest and reliable. The sod is healthy and of great quality. Communication has been excellent and they’ve gone above and beyond with all the recent rainy weather. They’ve shown up on weekends and evenings to provide excellent service because Mother Nature didn’t want to cooperate. We worked with the previous generation 28 years ago and now Kevin who is as good and honest as they come. I had the privilege of meeting a next generation Gerdes while on the job working at our home. This family is doing it right; teaching work ethic, integrity, responsibility and the importance of reputation and a family legacy. Thanks so much for doing the best job!
- CCCheriJun 19, 20265.0Our sod looks great 2 1/2 weeks after install! The process was simple with Kevin and they were prompt and great to work with. Our only hiccup was our own water pressure. It made watering in multiple stages more time consuming when only two sprinklers could run at a time.
