- GYG michele Yezzotoday5.0The technician was timely with a text message in advance since we have pets, a fenced backyard and an unpleasant neighbor. The tech was pleasant and did his job well completing it in a timely manner. The tech locked the fence gate and returned the key to me so that it wasn't necessary for me to go out and secure it. Sent a text with photos after completing the job.
- ZLZ L2 days ago1.0RUN AWAY! A salesman came to my door last year and convinced me to give them a try, telling me I would have no problem cancelling after a 3 months if I was not happy. Instead I ended up locked into a year long contract at $80 a month. Totally misled me. The treatments did not work for me at all. When I complained, they refused to refund my money and instead offered to “upgrade” me to a premium plan for the remainder of the contract. Unfortunately, that didn’t work either. Once I was finally out of the contract period, I called today to cancel and was treated incredibly rudely by the customer service rep who hung up in my face. I will say their technicians that come to your house are all nice but overall it was a horrible experience. Please think carefully before choosing this company.

Michael also did a great job with spraying all concerning areas inside and outside our home.
- MMMattSep 29, 20261.0Came to my house, didn’t treat the issue I called them for. Just sprayed the baseboards a bit a put a mouse trap down. Gave me one fly trap when I explicitly said and know the drains were the issue having previously dealt with this. Did nothing about the drains and the flies are still a problem a week later. Their customer service and scheduling is all a horrible 3rd party company in india and its impossible to contact anyone locally to try to get another appointment. Never will be using them again.

Said no refund for partial service and that if no service one month nothing she could do. Sometimes we have to gon60 days between not the 30. After paying every month. So she reschedule for end of month. Need to get it back to the way it previously was.
