I’ll never forget when my father passed away and we only asked for a couple extra weeks, and they went above and beyond by giving us more time with no late fees. That kind of compassion really stands out. One of the employees even shared such kind and understanding words with us about how when someone unexpectedly passes away, you often need time off from work. He also mentioned how during that time you’re already dealing with so much, and then you’re losing income and worrying about money, when you really shouldn’t have to stress about finances during something like that. It really showed a lot of empathy. In my experience, their staff is friendly, respectful, and willing to work with you as long as you communicate. We’ve also gotten a great deal on a used item through them before, and at time of delivery we inspected it together , and I actually found there was something wrong with the recliners, and they ordered the parts they needed and fixed it right away with no hassle or long wait. It was handled quickly and professionally. We’ve also had situations where a couple of months after getting an item, something went wrong, and they provided a loaner so we didn’t have to go without while it was being repaired. Once fixed, everything was like new again, which we really appreciated. We have been renting/buying items from them since 2014 off and on. Overall, we’ve had a very positive experience and think they are reliable, flexible, and genuinely caring, which is hard to find these days. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

- JCJohn ClarkAug 18, 20252.0Never had trouble with them except when I got a gaming laptop had it 6 months and the keys started sticking so I took it in and they said it was fine then the 1 key fell off so I took it in again and they ended up gluing the key in so I took it home and maybe used it twice and the w and e was sticking worse so I took it in and they said it needed a new key board it was over a week and I called them they said they just ordered that day and it would be in by the next day ..not sure about anybody else but are the sale people or the manager a certified technician to install a key board probably not but anyway I got it home and the volume never worked again I call customer service and they said they should have replaced the whole unit with a new 1 ..they didn't I ended up with a refurbished laptop and a bunch of lies from Aaron in wooster just gonna pay this off and never go back again ...

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
