The automated system is useless, and the store doesn't actually bother to answer their phones. I may have to go into the store to fix this when I have time. I'm livid. After finally reaching people, it turned out that some item that said they were in stock weren't, and some items had randomly been slated for pickup instead of delivery. I ended up cancelling the entire order - I won't be dealing with Lowe's again.

It's a bait and switch scam that they routinely use. Lowes, you got me two years ago on this and then again this year, but never again. I will do my shopping elsewhere.

Good luck trying to talk to someone there know one ever answers the phone. Waited one time 25 minutes of just ringing, that’s unacceptable, everyone at that store should be let go. You would be better just to order from Home Depot. Never had a problem with them.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
