We were on site working in one of our units when Chris stopped by to advise us that electricity was going to be turned off in about 30 minutes. Unfortunately the electricity went out while he was still speaking.m to us. We shut down our work to leave, but ran into a larger issue, the garage doors and lift gate would not open due to lack of electricity. We called Chris and he immediately came to see what he could do, but his options were limited because the electrician would not return to the site. He worked diligently to resolve the issue and finally got help from a contractor on site. They were able to disassemble the lift gate and get us out after about 45 minutes of being locked in. Chris deserves a great praise for his work and patience. Ben & MJ McMillon

I finally needed a storage space and actually didn't even know what to expect, what they would look like or how the process worked. So I began making appointments and going to a few in my area. First I would like to say that many are quite pushy and want your credit card info and want to book you immediately and email you and even call trying to pin you down...that's a no!
ExtraSpace was the complete opposite...they were calm, no pushing, and quite laid back and left the decision up to me with no pressure.
I went to two of their locations and both are fantastic but I chose the Bradley Road location because not only were Rob and Chris so completely friendly, honest and took their time explaining everything, but I felt welcomed!
The inside is cozy (believe it or not for a storage facility), safe and extremely clean! Easy in and easy out! My unit even has carpet inside. So I can say that my personal belongings are going to be well cared for and I certainly recommend this facility if you are looking for a great place to store your important items!
