She placed me on a brief hold and returned to the line to tell me that they don't have anyone working there by that name. 🙄😁 Me: "It's a plant." Rezzie:"Oh, it's a plant?" Me: "Yes." Rezzie: "Oh, please hold." Then she put me on hold for 10 minutes, until I ring back to her and she transferred me to Bill. Bill was awesome and told me where to call and inquire.
