- KEKara Enlow1 day ago2.0The technician took a very brief look at my dishwasher. He stuck his hand in the drain and didn’t feel anything. Told me I had a COVID machine and even if he replaced the part that could be broken another part would most likely fail soon. I’m mostly concerned with why I was then charged tax on the diagnostic call. No parts or even tools were used during the brief 10 minute diagnostic visit.

Based on their feedback, we determined it was more cost effective to purchase a new dryer. The techs gave us suggestions about brands and reputable places to shop. We would definitely use Appliance Man again.

I paid for it based on positive past experience with them and did not inspect until the renter moved out. The tech not only did not anchor the dishwasher, but customer service would not even send someone out to look at it because it took some time to discover it the work was not actually done. Additionally the tech recommended parts that were not necessary.
