Andrew was wonderful! Even though our malfunctioning fridge seemed to have corrected itself over a few days, he checked everything out carefully and explained possible problems. He was so professional!

They are the only authorized service business in the Columbus Metro area trained to service Sub-Zero, Wolf, and other high-end appliances. They a qualified to service all brands, top to bottom. If it takes multiple trips to get all replacement parts, there’s only one service charge. Count on them.

This is arguably, the best appliance company I have ever dealt with. The appointments are easy to make, and the pre-screening is very thorough to ensure you get the best service possible, which I did! The appointment was set, the technician arrived on time and diagnosed the problem with my refrigerator. The part was ordered, and the Repair was made. Outstanding customer care and highly recommended.

Worst experience. Will never use again. Have a vent issue with my dryers, which I told them before. They charged me $300 for the technician to tell me they don’t clean vents. He was here 15 minutes. The technician was kind and it’s not his fault but what a horrible way to do business. Will tell everyone I know not to use this service.
