They diagnose and fix the problem without any upselling and advise me on money-saving next steps. This team brings honesty and integrity back to the service industry. Highly recommend.

  Other than being ridiculously expensive, the work and workmanship was outstanding. I was a little disappointed I had to wait 2 days for repairs. It’s a $12,000 refrigerator - I would expect preferential treatment.

  After having a bad experience with another appliance repair service, I googled "Dryer repair service in Westerville, Ohio". The Appliance Man came up and after reading the reviews, I called to make an appointment. And I am so glad I did. I was lucky to get Aiden as my service technician. He came within the scheduled appointment window, was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. I have to comment on the fact that he put booties over his shoes, which is a rarity. It meant he cared about keeping my floors free of dirt and germs. Aiden explained the repair, broke down the cost of the visit and repair and completed the repair in a timely manner. No surprises. A company is only as good as its employees. And with people like Aiden working for you, your company rates 5 stars from me. I highly recommend The Appliance Man for all your appliance repairs.

  The gentlemen who serviced our oven was extremely helpful, informative and very professional. He went above and beyond to even ask about our other appliances in our home. He has been to our home before and always is very pleasant and helpful!!
