I’ve been very happy with my experience with the X-terminator. They do my regular pest control/prevention and I haven’t had any bug issues since they started coming to my house. They’re an honest local business and they don’t lock you into contracts or upsell you on services you don’t need.

I’ve had a disappointing experience with X-terminator. I was looking for a pest control company to service my home back in the spring and this company was recommended to me. Upon first meeting, it took longer than expected to get an original quote for the services we were looking for. I overlooked it and proceeded to schedule service with them because they came with great recommendations and had great reviews online. Our service was done on May 29th, which included pest treatment, placing bird spikes on our front pillars, and repairing carpenter bee damage. The provider said he was going to be going out of town for a few weeks and that he would check back in a month to a month and a half to see how the bird spikes were working and to assess the carpenter bee area repair. I never heard back from him. I sent a text in July asking for a phone call, with no response. We’ve been busy having some other work done on our house since then so I put this issue on the back burner for about a month and a half, since it was nothing urgent. Last Friday I called and left a voicemail, again no response. I called the business number on Tuesday of this week and left yet another message. I received an automated text message saying they would get back to me as soon as possible. It’s been over 48 hours and I still have received no contact from them. Overall, just very disappointed in the lack of communication and responsiveness to an existing customer who paid $620 for service back in May.

I've had a good experience with XTerminator. Their prices were affordable, and when I first reached out, they responded quickly, came out for an inspection, and took the time to discuss the situation with me. What I appreciated most was their honesty —they don't try to sell unnecessary services or overcharge. In my case, the treatment was preventative, and they were upfront about that, even reducing the cost significantly because they didn't think I had a problem. They also didn't pressure me into any recurring services. Since then, they've been willing to answer occasional questions about random pests I find around the house and help me determine whether they're actually a concern. Overall, they're responsive, honest, and get the job done, which is hard to find these days.

I had an ant and bee problem. They were at my house the next day and took care of everything at a very reasonable price.
