I bought a washer and dryer online. They missed my delivery day that i had to take off work for without notice. I had a feeling this would happen when it said i was delivery 17. Way too many deliveries. They set themselves up for failure from the beginning. I had to reschedule for a week later. I figured i would be a morning priority. I was not. They called me halfway through my midday 4 HOUR window and pushed it back. I told them not to come and i would shop elsewhere. Then they had the nerve to not refund me the delivery fee. I had to call in separately about this. Wow. Are you just getting into the appliance delivery business? I don't think so, just bad it. Now that same Samsung washer and dryer that was loaded onto a truck then taken off and loaded again by people i'm sure were not taking the utmost care, will now be unloaded again, and reloaded again, and unloaded again to go to someone else. I'm no expert on appliances but my logic tells me that moving these around a lot, and uncarefully, could damage some inside parts. Lowe's would get away with it scot free and say contact Samsung about warranty. The final customer would be never the wiser. I only hope Samsung has the whole story.

We purchased the three months of Mr. Beast kids workshop kits and it has been nothing but a headache actually trying to access these orders. The store associates are not knowledgeable and it is impossible to speak to a manager. We will go ahead and eat the cost of the purchase for products not received, but this will be the last time we do business with Lowe’s. This was a relatively small amount of stolen money; I cannot imagine trusting them with a larger purchase and simply being out the cost for something that they will not provide or refund.

I have always been a loyal and very frequent customer, but lately i seem to keep getting disappointed. On June 19th i came in to buy all purpose gravel. I needed 12 bags. When I get to the aisle it is a complete wreck, concrete mix, gravel, and sand bags leaking everywhere. I still try to salvage some bags until I get frustrated and leave. The lady at the register tried to help and wanted me to track down 2 employees who were out front to have them re-bag the leaking ones. I refused and left. I went to Home Depot where I was pleasantly surprised. Their gravel aisle was very clean, their bags of gravel were not leaking, and their floor was clean.
Somebody really seems to be dropping the ball at this store..

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
