This is more of a review about Lowe’s but also includes this store. I had an order question. I wanted to to talk to a live person . This is near an impossibility. I spent 10 minutes fighting with AI prompts . Finally got to my order number and entered several times correctly but Ai said it was wrong. It then asked me for the order date . I entered the order date in my email and it said it couldn’t find the order. I tried several different prompts until finally getting a live person. Lowes was charging an insane dollar amount to ship one item that was located in a different store that could t be included with my pick up order. I believe it was $69 for a roll of insulation to be shipped to my house. I wanted to talks to a manager of seeing if another store could simply ship it to the store so I would t have to pay an extra $69. The manager(I believe it was the manager) said they don’t have that capability. I said you can spend millions of dollars in a poor AI answering systems but can’t ship store to store???? He said maybe customer car could help me and would transfer me. I was mortified to be back I. The crappy AI Cue and prompts . I finally got a message I was being transferred to a live person for help. Then….. after 15 minutes I was disconnected. I was so upset but now determined to talk to a live person and looked up the customer service number. Sure enough same AI junk system. I finally got a live person from I believe was from a call center out of U.S. . He was hard to understand and several people in the background were laughing and talking loud this seemed very unprofessional. He put me on hold several times, I felt like this was a big joke to him. After the third hold he said he couldn’t help me with delivery charge . The whole experience was unacceptable and reflects how bad Lowe’s and their customer service has become.God forbid I get the typical Lowe’s Ai response to this review that will ask me to reach out to the awful AI customer service phone number

Bypassing a veteran discount!! FYI, Lowe’s doesn’t give a military discount if the product is on sale for any amount! Obviously they do this by over pricing the product then saying it’s on sale for the market price. Well played but Home Depot is across the street- lost me as a customer today!

Store is clean, well organized. I was greeted when I came in, as well as several times by various employees. When I couldn't find what I needed, an employee directed me to exactly what I was looking for. Very friendly and professional staff!

We have ordered many times from Lowe’s delivery and I always do the same-day delivery because I’m usually in the middle of a project where I want the stuff the same day I go I order comes no problems always been easy breezy no problem. My last order before today it was missing a sawhorse set and it was a hassle. I had to call the manager and they sent out new ones and apologized and said that they hope to do better and they will do better. Today I ordered some peg boards to hang on my tools, cause I’m getting close to the end of my project. Yay me. And the order said it had been delivered. I’m looking all over for it. It’s not out there not out there so I called Lowe’s go through their AI get to management to somebody named CLCL told me that I should’ve selected Lowe’s delivery because that would ensure great service. She said that if I select same-day service, I am potentially selecting Shawty Shawty service. I said I actually literally said shitty service. I should expect shitty service from your same-day delivery and she said yes. Well, how can I argue with that? I guess the only way to argue with that is go to Home Depot and see if they stand behind their service cause this company does not stand behind their service and I am no longer willing to stick with the company that tells me to expect shitty shitty service CL I really don’t think you should be in sales ever. This whole experience has been quite awful as it turned out my stuff was left in the parking lot with all the other cars where we put our trash where we put our recycling where we sometimes put things out if people want for free, so I explained how that was not acceptable and how the many dozens of orders I’ve had before were delivered to my front door, sometimes missing things, but still delivered to the front door and she said again well then you should’ve selected Lowe’s delivery I was on the Lowe’s website didn’t say same-day delivery is going to be delivered by anybody else. It is free delivery so I’m confused how as the consumer I should know that that selection is shitty shitty service as CL made sure to confirm many times with me just now on a phone call kind of wish they would listen to that call because for an employee to tell me to expect shitty service bothers me a great deal.
