  Disappointed in their response time and customer service, or lack there of. I was locked out of my car, and was connected through my auto insurance, but I never received any notification or confirmation that they received my request. I tried calling twice, the first time no one was available and the mailbox was full. The second time I again wasn't answered, but at least I could leave a message. They never got back to me, and I found out that my request had been canceled somehow. I got no notification that it was canceled, and I was waiting for an hour before I realized that it was canceled. Overall, I would not recommend them based on my experience. I really hope it was a one time thing.

  Justin went above and beyond when he delivered fuel to us. From the moment he called with an update to the moment he arrived, he was thoughtful, polite, and incredibly professional. His kindness made a real difference to us during a stressful situation. We are very thankful for the excellent service he provided. Highly recommend Justin with Ohio Roadside Assistance and it seems a lot of other people have had exception roadside assistance, as well!

  I can’t remember his name but you guys took amazing care of us in our Honda passport. We had a blown tire and he got us taken care of extremely fast. Thank you for your help!

  Justin was super friendly and prompt. He jumped the car and gave me some advice on batteries. Highly recommend him
