Buyer be warned. I signed up for a 1 year service with this company to treat some carpenter ants on my property. No one gave any information on the fact that after that agreement is done, they automatically renew your subscription, without any contact of any kind, for a MONTHLY fee of whatever your pay per visit was.
I literally wouldn't be here right now writing if someone would have contacted me about that renewal and we could have parted ways on good terms.
Only to then get on the phone with "Danny" to explain my irritation and wanting to cancel to have him try to "in the most sincere way" try to make up for my frustration by offering me a lower price to have them keep coming back out. Upon telling him I wasn't interested he told me to have a good day and hung up on me. Hope this helps someone.

Everything about this company is good until it’s not. Once it’s not it’s never good again. Good luck with customer service as they do not service the customer but greed. You are better paying the extra 20 dollars for a company that works and respects you. Especially when they have no problem taking your money.

I had a treatment from Kory yesterday. He was nice and I saw on my blink he watered my flowers. Also, with my blink cameras it appeared that he didn’t treat everything. It seemed like too quick and don’t feel like he treated everything. I also thought we got our lawn treated but didn’t see any of that. He did check our mouse traps. He was only here for 20 mins at most for everything. I will include videos and pics. You can still see cobwebs in the corner of one of our doors.

I felt pressured by the salesman who showed up at my door when I told him I didn't feel comfortable making a decision without my husband, he kept lowering the price. I eventually complied just to get him to leave, but I will be canceling this week. We rent our home and I believe the extermination services are provided by the rental company. I am sure the company is great and the salesman was just doing his job, I just felt like he would not take no for an answer.

The tech did a great job, but I think they jumped in when I had switched to Greenix. I did not realize it was a different company. He just showed up. Now Greenix wants to come three days later and put on a treatment.
Too much competition. I think Greenix was supposed to cancel Aptive.
Now I am going to cancel both pest controls . Too much cutthroat competition.

Why am I still seeing pests after my first treatment?
If you are seeing pests right after your treatment, odds are you are witnessing them flee your property, which typically means the treatment is effective. If after a week you are still seeing pests, give us a call and our service professional will gladly return to treat your home at no additional cost.
How much does professional pest control cost?
Our professional pest control plans start as low as $49 to $55 per month for our Basic plan, depending on your location. We offer three primary tiers—Basic, Pro, and Premium—designed to fit different levels of protection needs and budgets.
Do you offer same-day pest control services?
Yes, depending on current technician availability. If you call before noon, we can often provide same-day service for urgent pest issues.
How soon can a technician come out for an emergency?
We strive for 24 to 48-hour response times. For emergencies like a yellow jacket nest or indoor roach sightings, we prioritize your call in our daily schedule.
Do you spray both the inside and outside of the house?
Yes, standard service covers both. We focus on the exterior to stop pests at the source and treat the interior (baseboards/under sinks) to eliminate any that have already entered.
What areas are included in a "perimeter" treatment?
A perimeter treatment covers 3 feet up the foundation and 3 feet out into the yard. We also treat windowsills, door frames, and eaves.
How do I get rid of an ant infestation in my kitchen?
To stop ants, we use "transferable" baits. Workers carry the bait back to the queen, killing the entire colony rather than just the ants you see on the counter.
What is the best treatment for German cockroaches?
German roaches require a combination of baiting, insect growth regulators (IGRs), and sanitation. They are resilient, so 2–3 follow-up visits are often required for total elimination.
Is pest control safe for children and infants?
Yes, we prioritize family-safe applications. By focusing on the exterior and using low-toxicity indoor treatments, we minimize exposure. We recommend keeping children out of treated areas for 30–60 minutes until dry.
What is your "Pest-Free Guarantee"?
Our guarantee means if the pests return between scheduled visits, we return for free. We stay until the problem is solved.
Do you offer free re-treatments?
Yes, all of our recurring plans include unlimited free re-treatments for covered pests.
Why am I still seeing bugs after my first service?
This is the "flush out" period. The treatment is driving pests out of their hiding spots. They will die off shortly after coming into contact with the product.
Why is the pest problem getting worse?
This usually happens with ants and roaches as they are attracted to our baits. This "surge" is a sign that the colony is actively feeding on the treatment.
How can I tell if a treatment was successful?
Success is measured by a steady decrease in sightings and finding dead insects rather than live ones.
Do you guarantee 100% elimination?
We guarantee to control and manage populations to the point where they do not infest your living space. No one can stop every single bug from ever entering, but we ensure they don't stay.
