1 star is too much but I have to leave something. The two guys who came to my door who told me they were “enjoying some work beers” told that I will not be charged the $29 and some change upfront free. 24 hours later, they tried charging my card but it declined because of no funds. Also I told the bug guy over text that was coming to my house to spray that I need to reschedule because he needed some paperwork and I will not be home. I wanted them to wait until I was home anyway which is why I texted dude and rescheduled the appointment for Monday 4-6pm because I would be home. He STILL came to my house and sprayed but due to me not being home he was only able to do the outside not the inside so hopefully all these bugs don’t come into my house. I called to cancel the subscription because I didn’t want it anyway to begin with and they just kept pushing and kept pushing. I’m off work for at least a year due to an injury so I don’t have any money to pay monthly and they would not leave my doorstep. So when I called customer service to cancel she kept trying to saying she can lower my monthly payment to $35 a month. I kept stressing to her that I want it canceled because even if I was working and made 6 figures I still would not give these people my money. I’ve got real problems in life and can’t jus walk around door to door while drinking on the job trying to take peoples money. Maybe they should get sober like I did 2 and a half years ago.

The first appointment we had, Tim did not come Inside to spray, he only did the outside. The text from him said that he would knock on the door to find out if we needed indoor service and he never did. So I called Aptive and they made a second appointment. Today, Michael came out. He was extremely friendly. He took care of all of our concerns with spraying inside, putting down the ant bait, checking the mouse bait trap, mosquito trap, and wasp trap outside. I feel we got A LOT more thorough service from Michael, he made sure everything was done the way it should be.

Signed up with them today. They were supposed to come between 2-4. They didn’t show up til 5. No one called or texted me that they would be late. Guy got here and didn’t even apologize, then he only spent 20 minutes on my property. There is no way he did everything on the list. I looked and he didn’t do what the guy who signed me up said he would. Terrible customer service as well. I feel like I was scammed. Also, if you cancel you have to pay $199 even if they did a crappy service.

One day after he said, he was completely treating my bar for carpenter bees. I see this! I’ve had this bar for several years and have tried to take care of them myself and have done a good job. I thought after his treatment where they said they were going to treat it very well. I have the worst carpenter bee hole I’ve seen yet! I also have cobwebs all over the rafters of my bar! He took pictures of what he was doing, and they were still there! I don’t think it was treated at all! I need to call as soon as possible!

Service started out great... downhill since. Different tech every time, no uniforms, no follow through. Last tech left traps in three locations to monitor activity... and told us they could supply the inserts for our plug in bug traps. Tech this time was told we had killed two large spiders in our bedroom in the last week. He sprayed outside and left!! Said he knew nothing about the traps and they DON'T supply inserts for the bug lights. We had to call him back to the house and ASK that he spray inside. We won't be renewing when our agreement is up.
