Horrible customer service experience. Came to get a bolt, washer, and locking washer. Just one of each. Took it to the checkout and the system rang up the bolt with the correct measurements just wrong picture so the lady wouldn’t let me check out.
So they sent me back to the aisle, they didn’t offer to help. After my second trip back and forth they called someone who would “be at aisle 13 in a minute” - I spent 10 minutes in the aisle waiting for assistance which never came.
Home Depot has so much better customer service. Whoever is the GM or does training here needs to step their game up, because these employees are no help. 0/10 - would not recommend.
Go anywhere else but here.

We have spent tens of thousands this year here . A few weeks ago we went for the last time. We were buying a bathroom vanity that was very heavy. We finally found someone to help us and they sent a young man . He didn't know how to drive the lift and crashed a couple times then got the vanity and was about to put it on my husband's cart thing and said " my shift is over bye" jumped down and took off ! ( He had his name tag covered but he was a young black boy ( we're black to ) we couldnt find help after that so my husband hurt himself lifting it. I also saw the bow earlier being rude to another female shopper. it's home Depot or Menards from now on . Don't ask me to call anyone , if you can't take care of it with what information I gave you that's pretty sad. I'm sure this wasn't just one day that you decided to be a horrible person

Horrible communication from their 3rd party delivery service. Promised a time frame. No show. Received a voicemail, not a call, from them saying they wouldn't be delivering on the scheduled day due to running behind. Went to store after multiple calls went unanswered except one, which their phone system was messing up and call was difficult to hear. After expressing the order was getting canceled, every excuse was heard before they finally canceled it. The excuse the store gave was "the truck broke down". The amount of money spent, over 2k, should merit a call within the delivery time. Crap happens but the no call but voicemail AFTER the delivery time made dealing with Lowe's made it a deal breaker. Already planning to go to Menards and spend the same amount on the same items.
