  Second time in 3 years I have contacted this business for a quote and information so I could potentially schedule a cleaning. I submitted an inquiry early last week I believe, I got an email back on August 7th asking when I wanted to schedule, I emailed back asking a few questions and also having provided a few days when I would be available for the cleaning. My email has went unanswered for a week. Not sure what this company’s problem is, but two times and I can’t get information… the last time, they claimed they tried to call me but my voicemail was full so they couldn’t leave a message. Fast forward 3 years later, my voicemail is empty and not one person from this business tried calling… definitely won’t use this service, nor will I recommend them. I ended up hiring a competitor and while I might be spending more money, it’s worth it to spend money with a business where your money and your business is appreciated. This experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

  I highly recommend Russ Sprague's cleaning. We had four bedrooms of carpet cleaned, one of which was severely stained from food and beverage spills overtime. All four rooms were made spotless, and the 19-year-old carpet looks new. Also, the whole upstairs smells clean and fresh. I could not be happier with the results!!

  Russ and Jeff did an amazing job on our carpet today, they were on time. Let us know when they were on their way. Very dependable. They also did our steps and everything looks brand new. Very hard workers. We will be calling them again.

  Just moved into this home and the floors were totally gross. The previous tenants obviously had kids and pets and did not maintain the carpet at all. We called these guys because of their 5 star reviews. Called them Monday and they were here on Friday. Very friendly and professional. They took their time while also getting done in a short amount of time. The pictures speak for themselves. We were very happy and thankful for their service! We definitely recommend that you use them!
