I had a curbside pickup which was ordered. It arrived at the store quickly, but when I went to make the pickup the item took FOREVER to come to my vehicle. I do curbside everywhere I shop, if possible. Every other national chain is efficient and prompt when I arrive, except Lowes.

Had a great experience with Nick back in appliances when he helped us decide on our fridge. Really made sure we knew what we were getting and went over every detail with us. Such a great guy, that’s why this review at least gets two stars.
The issue came when my fiancé called off work because they said they could only deliver to our area on Tuesdays, and when he went to check the order status online it was suddenly labeled as “back order”. They called the night before to confirm they would have it delivered from 12-4, and when we were standing around waiting he thought to check. No one called to inform us of the update, and when we called customer service they claimed they had no idea when our fridge could be delivered and we might be better off picking out a new fridge or asking for a refund. We decided to go in store for the refund, and the guy on the phone insisted we would be told the same thing in person. So we went to Home Depot and were able to get the exact fridge we wanted for cheaper, and delivered on any day we wanted. Went to Lowe’s for the refund, and that’s when associates in the store informed us they had 3 of our refrigerators in stock and weren’t sure why they didn’t deliver to us. Not sure why we were given such different answers, but we cancelled our order entirely. Although I spent over 1500 on the fridge, I only got 1300 back. Planned to buy an oven as well, but after this we won’t be buying from Lowe’s again. Very unfortunate because we had such a good experience with Nick.

Tonight we went to order window blinds and we pressed the button to get help in the carpet/blinds dept. We were met by Tim who was an upbeat helpful person. We we also helped by Adrienne who really worked hard looking up all the information to make our decision. Adrienne also showed us refrigerators and gave us sale and install tips! Great Crew!

Great store. Huge parking lot. Fuel is close. Store was clean. Just needed a pad lock. Asked an associate, quickly looked it up.. Isle 14. Professional and friendly response. And I also grabbed a new Kobalt razor knife for work.
