Just had a very pleasant experience with Jason at the Elm Rd storage business,in Trumbull County. July 16th. I had called to speak about my rent and needed some help and Jason was awesome in helping me. I have had no problems with my space and everything has been good on that front. But Jason helped me and I was very grateful for it. I have been there a year and 1 month and will continue. Good customer service makes a huge difference. Clean and gated so I feel my items are safe. A+
