Lawn center associate Meredith was very helpful on Saturday July 4th. Ended up with a better weed eater for my needs and less experience than my budget.
WINDOW INSTALLATION: We recently needed to get new windows in our home and my wife did an extensive search to try to find the best deal. We sat through ten quotes from all the window companies in northeast Ohio (all the ones you see on TV). We ultimately decided to go through Lowe’s in Wadsworth. Their sales representative, Antionette, did a great job showing us all the options and walked us through the entire process with a fine-toothed comb. The company Lowe’s uses near us is A.R.M. Construction based out of Atwater. They called us after finalizing the details with Lowe’s and came out to take final measurements. They arrived at the house when scheduled and the crew was fantastic! They were all very friendly and professional. The craftsmanship was amazing and they left the house cleaner than when they arrived. We could not have asked for a better company. We highly recommend A.R.M. Construction and Antoinette for your home project renovations and consultations. You will not be disappointed.

I just have to give a shout out to Sandra (ASM) and James in Appliances. I bought a GE dryer 2 years ago and thank God I paid for the added 5 year warranty. Well, my washing machine quit spinning and draining the water. So I called the warranty Company Assurance who had Jarred from Bodwell come out. He ran a diagnostic and said the motor and motherboard were fried. We need to order parts. 3 weeks for the parts then schedule the repair. Scheduled the repair and Bodwell said I had 30 minutes from the time I get the text message to be home to meet them. Well I got the text message and work 5 minutes away. Got home and note on the door saying “sorry we missed you” with the date and time which was the exact same time he sent the text. So no 30 ‘inutes. Ok my fault but I called Baldwell. They said he moved me to the end of the route for that same day and I was like cool ok. I stayed home from work and waited all day. No call, no show. I called the next day they said sorry he will be there Friday between 8-12noon. So I didn’t want to take the chance so I stayed home again from work and again no call no show. Monday I called they said he be there Tuesday again same thing. Called again then was sent to “Customer Relations” to file an incident report. They sent me a $75 gift card to compensate me for my laundry being cleaned at laundry mat. (6 almost 7 weeks at thi point no washer). They rescheduled and apologized for Monday June 8th, 2026 between 4pm-9pm. Well Monday, came and 5 minutes before 9pm I got a voicemail saying that he called off work for the day so they rescheduled me for another week away. I called Bodwell “customer relations” and they said there was nothing they could do because my washer dryer are stacked and they just don’t have two people to do that. She suggested calling Assurance (the insurance/warranty people) back because they may have other options. I called assurance and they said they all of a sudden couldn’t find my “contract” even though I still had my receipt and proof of purchase of the warranty and they already sent Jared/Baldwell. So I was confused and angry. They refused to talk to me at this point and said there was nothing they can do. So I called Lowes. At this point angry and in tears. Sandra was like “oh heck no! Well, if they won’t take care of you we will!” And she did. I went up there with my receipt she looked up my contract and original order. Basically thanks to all her AMAZINg help my old set was picked up the next morning and a new set (not GE because I didn’t want them again) is delivered tomorrow. James help me decide on a different product. And I have a credit now. I am so thankful for them both. I don’t know what I would do without them.
