I went to lowes to buy the wood for my deck I needed 60+ board's and have 2 bad knees from a car wreck I'm in a knee brace and have a severe limp i managed to get 30 of them before my knee gave out with NO assistance from the 2 young men standing by the forklift even after asking for help they just stood there watching and grumbling about work so I took the 30 boards that I loaded and spent 1000 dollars and went out side where a young man helped me load without the assistance of the 2 lowes employees so I still needed another 2500 dollars worth of wood so I took my business to home depot where the helped without complaining...

Stopped at Lowe's in Troy today to do a return and also look at a different garden hose than the one I returned. Abigail (Abby) came back after a while in that area and was asking if I needed any help. She then proceeded to ask another customer. She was very pleasant and it was nice having her come over and offer to be of assistance. (I didn't really need any, still, nice that she came around to ask!). Abby gets a 10 rating!!!! I usually shop at a Lowe's closer to home, occasionally I like shopping at this one when in the area.

Sold me a defective dryer that I bought brand new about a month ago. It sucks up my clothes and destroys them. Since I did not buy with Lowe’s credit card -they refused to fix it, exchange it, or let me return. Making me go through hoops with the manufacturer to get it fixed. A good company will stand by their products or make an effort to fix it for the customer- Lowe’s does not. I will never buy from Lowe’s again worst company ever.
