    This is the worst experience I've ever had from storage unit facility.You guys did not describe the unit, as it should have been, I rented a 5 / 10 with only a 3 foot opening, I could not get my merchandise into that unit. I'm told the bot manager what was going on and he said the only way to get money back is through the customer service line I called them I've been fighting since June 29th today is July 8th and I still have not got my money returned to me. I have called every day and it's something else they will tell me different dates. And straight lie to me ... First of all, I will never trust a business in the first 5 words that their customer service lies directly to you when they say "hi, my name is Jeff." Or "rebecca" when clearly they have a strong accent from a different country. I want my $71.48 Michael Cade Storage lot 0083 Toledo Oh. Alexis road. Uint 0031 June 29 133 pm Refund requested through customer service the same day June 29

    what is wrong with this storage unit. No help can't talk to a single live person, we were given a unit number and there's no unit with that number around this storage unit. This is beyond ridiculous!!!!! Never have had this much trouble with a storage unit ever, and what were out $50 because of poor design and communication? 10/10 WOULD NOT RECCOMEND

    I had a terrible experience with this company. The communication is terrible, there were constant pricing changes, no attempt to contact by phone call or text. They claimed I owed over $600 because of payments denied when I had direct deposit. They never denied access to the gate and even contacted me in this time about low tires, still not mentioning anything about denied payments. Talked to the agent and she said they did not contact clients by phone call or text, but only by email. She could not explain why it took them a month and a half to two months after they claim there was an issue to contact me by mail. There was no attempt to rectify the situation and I was overcharged. Beware! Know that there are plenty of storage facilities that have better communication and who do good business without arbitrary price hikes and rude customer support agents.

    Clean and very professional storage unit company . Definitely would recommend to a family member and friend. The representative I spoke with name was Shanice she was very kind and helpful. She deserves a raise. Thank you for your great customer service it was greatly appreciated.

How do I rent a unit?

We offer three simple ways to rent a unit: On our website: You may filter through our locations to browse available units. You may also create your reservation and process your move in, all conveniently online! On location: All our locations (excluding SpareBox 0016 and SpareBox 0019) have a 24-hour on-site rental center with an easy-to-use kiosk. The kiosk will present all unit availability for the facility, and you easily create your reservation or move right in! With customer service: If you need assistance, please call (833) 777-7273 and one of our customer service team members will be happy to assist you in finding the right unit.

How do I set up my online account?

From the home page, click the red Register button in the upper right-hand corner: Select your state. Select your facility location. Enter your last name and unit number, exactly as they appear on your invoice or receipts. Note: Be sure to include any prefixed 0’s, or if you are in an accessible unit, be sure to include “ADA” after your unit number. After entering your last name and unit number, you will be prompted to set a password and a security question for your account.
