  I had such a great experience at Lowe’s today! The associate, LISA who helped me in the clearance section was absolutely wonderful. She was extremely friendly, patient, helpful, and went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of. Her customer service really stood out and made my shopping experience so much better. Employees like her are the reason customers want to come back. She definitely deserves recognition for providing such excellent service. Thank you so much for your help! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Went and picked up a room air conditioner that was ordered online. They are so nice! Pointed to where I needed to go loaded the cart for us. Scan my receipt and we're on our way. A pleasant visit

  Worst customer service ever with regards to delivery issues. I keep getting bounced back from the store that was supposed to do my delivery and the main CS#. All I want is my delivery!!!! I paid 130 dollars extra for same day delivery and it's been 2 weeks!!!. I cant get a return phone call or anyone to help me. I just want my order please! After 3 weeks, I had to stop payment through credit card company. I got the charges reversed. Still never received a phone call or delivery from Lowes, 😔 sad.

  My mom ordered a steel garage door with installation on may 7th for 3000$. They cashed the check on may 12th. She also had to pay a fee to have them check the existing garage paint for lead. Here we are, june 25th, still no door and haven't heard a word from Lowes. My mom got hold of someone today at Lowes customer service who told her the installers "didn't get all the parts" but offered no eta or further explanation. Nobody from Lowes reached out to tell my mom anything about a delay, maybe it didn't matter to them because she already paid. We have been waiting with a broken garage door that can't close for a month and a half. The expected installation date was 2wks ago. The communication between Lowes, their Contractors, and Customers seems to be very poor. If my mom hadn't followed up on the nonexistent service, we wouldn't know anything about it at all. No offers from them to reach out with any updates, etc. We're patient people, but we live in a not crime free area and have a garage door that won't close. This has so far been a bad and stressful experience. Lowes didn't delay cashing the check, though. I'll update after the installation, if it happens. Update: 3wks later, still no door. Again, no update from lowes. My mom called the company that lowes said was installing to see if they'd be more helpful than lowes. They told her that the door arrived without the panels, so i guess we'll continue to have a wide open garage for another few weeks, or months, who knows. Update August 3rd: my mom got an email asking her to call a number. She did, and they told her the garage door was sent. They set a follow up date for july 29th to check about the installation date. She called again today (no call on the 29th from Lowes). Shes on the phone now and it's the same runaround, "looking now, working with dealer, trying to call installer, etc" so now shes on hold again. Is there nobody at Lowes with boots on the ground to effectively solve these issues or is the customer responsible for a neverending string of follow up calls to make sure they get what they paid for? Are these customer accounts ever balanced or is it just hit or miss? Does Lowes ever apologize or is this it? 3 Months later and still no garage door, but God is equitable since by some miracle we havent been robbed yet. Oh and thanks for the web address of the contact page for Lowes, it was literally the same thing we've been struggling with so just more runaround. It would be great if someone could call her or stop by to apologize, even better would be a partial refund. It shouldn't be hard to figure out which customer she is unless Lowes routinely takes months to install a garage door. Update august 14th: the parts missing from the door are supposed to arrive the 19th, then they'll schedule the install.
