  Excellent customer service. The salesman was friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. The transaction was quick from start to finish. The place to shop for recliners.

  I truly enjoyed the at-home designer service. Rene was thorough in explaining fabrics, models & pricing. Terrell Grier makes a great sales manager - no pressure. We bought La-Z-boy products before & are very pleased with the product.

  My salesman was amazing and the couch is amazing but it wasn’t shipped to us complete. We spent a good amount of money on the couch for them to forget the feet. We had to wait another week to have our couch useable. Everyone we talked to in order to correct the situation seemed like it was no big deal. Never got a call back from the store.

  Who knew that buying furniture could be so much fun?! Thanks so much to Candy, who showed me - and let me flop down on - every possible suitable chair, for me, and for my almost-a-foot taller husband. When he later came to the store with me, she found him the perfect chair immediately. Immediately! We had such a good time. Candy knows so much - well, everything - about all the Laz Z Boy furniture. She also knows how to listen to what a customer wants - and provide it. It’s rare to find a salesperson with such enthusiasm about their product, such extensive knowledge about their product - and also can make the experience so much fun. Needless to say, we are eagerly looking forward to the arrival of our new chairs!! Note:we went to La Z Boy to replace the chairs we bought there over 20 years ago. They are still sound! but we thought it would be nice to have chairs that automatically put our feet up!! You can buy chairs that do that (who knew?) or recliners. There is lots to choose from. Ask when Candy will be there.

  There are several things that I didn’t like about your store. First of all the way you advertise 12 months same as cash. In little tiny letters it says you have to but a percentage down. I find this misleading. It took over a month and a half to get my furniture done. I had surgery a few weeks ago and I was hoping to have my new furniture before that. I can’t left anything over 10 pounds so now I don’t know when I can have it delivered. I have been in the store at least 3 times. I told my salesperson I wanted to take advantage of the 12 months same as cash. Now she says I need to come in and sign more paperwork. This is very inconvenient! Why couldn’t she take care of this one of the times I was there. Now I’m getting texts wanting to know when my furniture can be delivered. I don’t know if I even want the furniture. If I should have a problem with anything, can I expect this same kind of service?
