  He was great. Talked me through everything, explained. Showed me the space how it would fit. Was amazing to work with, very patient with me!! Can't wait to get my new couches.

  I received some furniture from other places and it broke down a couple months after so I came here and honestly they have some great products and is pretty sturdy so far prices were very good and great customer service.

  Picked up a new couch, it sat in my garage for a couple of days until I could get help moving it into the house. Once in the house, I found the bottom dust cover had been torn and repaired. They should have pointed this out at pick up, because we founf out they did the reair at the store. Also no feet for the couch. I called the store and the felt like the dust cover wasn't an issue because they did a "repair". They were willing to give us the feet off show room model. I was not happy and I wanted to return the couch. Mind you, I would need to get help moving it back out of the house, drive and hour one way and either wait for a replacement or find a new couch. My wife made a 2nd call, the store agreed, they would get the new feet, snd try to find enough felt to recover the bottom of the couch and take $100 off. I still need to drive an hour one to pick up everything. I still want to return the couch. Inspect everything before taking it. Not happy
