Samantha, the manager at Jackman Road, is one of the nicest and most helpful people we've ever dealt with at a storage facility. She is always friendly and caring about our situation, and tries to get us the best deal possible. She's also very knowledgeable about unit sizes, prices and availability, and she even gave us tips on how best to stack and store items to save space. This is a quality, clean, new facility with quality staff and reasonable prices. We will keep our unit here for these reasons, and we highly recommend it, and be sure to ask for Samantha!
