- MBMichael Barros1 day ago5.0Derrick sent me a text prior to his arrival to address any concerns or areas I would like him to focus on. I informed him of a hornet or wasp nest in our front tree. I did not expect him to treat it but wanted him to be aware for his safety. He informed me after his visit that he treated the nest as well! He sent pictures of all areas treated and is very professional.

Talked my husband into specific services, never contacted when they said they would, sold completely incorrectly to how they actually sell their services. Oh and charge an outrageous $200 cancelation fee for backing out of their zero services. Y'all showed up to my house 3 times! Once to sell it, once two months later when we called to complain no one contacted us or showed up, and one time after that to tell me it was being rescheduled due to rain, but then still sprayed my property that day… whatever you guys use clearly doesn’t work. My husband sent you guys tons of pictures of ridiculous amounts of ant the days after you “sprayed”. And no this was not part of that “oh well activity is going to pick up more right after spraying” s**t. No, cause we took our household ant killer and sprayed them, all instantly dead. So glad we paid $80 a month for 6 months, got 3 pathetic services, and a $200 cancelation fee after harassing my husband they were going to send us to collections less than a month after we paid the previous month. Really seeing where you guys sit with customer service. Feel free to explain this one.

Why am I still seeing pests after my first treatment?
If you are seeing pests right after your treatment, odds are you are witnessing them flee your property, which typically means the treatment is effective. If after a week you are still seeing pests, give us a call and our service professional will gladly return to treat your home at no additional cost.
