Sale rep very pushy and didnt get the hint that I spray my own home and yard. Had to give him my cc info just to get him to move along. Then later that day told him I didnt want the service and still came out and did the service just to try and get my money and if I decided to cancel I would have to pay a 200 cancelation fee which is crazy. They pretty much do what you do with home defense that you by at the box stores that kills what they kill and last longer. I wouldnt recommend this place. They said they canceled my service and going to refund my money. But will.see in 7 to 10 days.

They’re always so great and easy to work with. Ralph came this morning and was in and out in no time, focusing on the problem areas and critters I told him about.
Post spray truly makes a difference. I haven’t had any bug issues all summer, even when the flies start gathering, Aptive’s concoctions helps them find their place in heaven in a swift manner

I spoke to a “scott” I wanted to get my plan canceled due to the sales person telling me they would never spray the yard while the dog was out. The very next service I was sent pictures of the service that was provided. My dog was one of those photos outside on my porch. Instead of calling or ringing the bell. He sent a photo and sprayed my yard anyway

Deceptive sales tactics and a terrible first experience.
The sales rep made big promises about what would be included and made it sound like the service was easy to cancel if we weren’t happy. What he failed to mention was the $200 early cancellation fee.
Then, on the day of our very first service, they showed up and apologized because they didn’t have everything needed to fully treat our property. So right out of the gate, they couldn’t even provide the service we were sold.
When I asked to cancel, suddenly I learned about the $200 cancellation fee. They then offered to lower my remaining bill to just under the cost of the cancellation fee, which didn’t exactly make me feel any better about the situation.
In the end, I paid for a service I didn’t need, the bugs are still an issue on my property, and I’m out $200 because of a cancellation fee the sales rep conveniently failed to mention when signing my wife and me up.
I would strongly recommend reading every detail of the contract yourself and not relying on what the salesperson tells you.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. This company is the worst. The technician came out to remove a bald faced hornets nest from the tree…no bee suit. He basically swatted at the nest with a giant stick like a toddler because the pole was not long enough to reach. He called his boss, the owner; his boss was going to come out the next day with a suit and longer pole. That day came and went. I heard nothing from them on Monday morning, so I called them back. I had to make another appointment, the lady on the phone stated that it was a good thing that I called back because there were no plans to have another technician come out to my house. Scheduled an appointment for this morning. The same technician shows up, no bee suit, no different pole. This time he brought a step ladder. No surprise, he still couldn’t reach the nest. 😒 Instead of determining other options, like obtaining a ladder, this man canceled our appointment. Completely ignorant. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Why am I still seeing pests after my first treatment?
If you are seeing pests right after your treatment, odds are you are witnessing them flee your property, which typically means the treatment is effective. If after a week you are still seeing pests, give us a call and our service professional will gladly return to treat your home at no additional cost.
How much does professional pest control cost?
Our professional pest control plans start as low as $49 to $55 per month for our Basic plan, depending on your location. We offer three primary tiers—Basic, Pro, and Premium—designed to fit different levels of protection needs and budgets.
Do you offer same-day pest control services?
Yes, depending on current technician availability. If you call before noon, we can often provide same-day service for urgent pest issues.
How soon can a technician come out for an emergency?
We strive for 24 to 48-hour response times. For emergencies like a yellow jacket nest or indoor roach sightings, we prioritize your call in our daily schedule.
Do you spray both the inside and outside of the house?
Yes, standard service covers both. We focus on the exterior to stop pests at the source and treat the interior (baseboards/under sinks) to eliminate any that have already entered.
What areas are included in a "perimeter" treatment?
A perimeter treatment covers 3 feet up the foundation and 3 feet out into the yard. We also treat windowsills, door frames, and eaves.
How do I get rid of an ant infestation in my kitchen?
To stop ants, we use "transferable" baits. Workers carry the bait back to the queen, killing the entire colony rather than just the ants you see on the counter.
What is the best treatment for German cockroaches?
German roaches require a combination of baiting, insect growth regulators (IGRs), and sanitation. They are resilient, so 2–3 follow-up visits are often required for total elimination.
Is pest control safe for children and infants?
Yes, we prioritize family-safe applications. By focusing on the exterior and using low-toxicity indoor treatments, we minimize exposure. We recommend keeping children out of treated areas for 30–60 minutes until dry.
What is your "Pest-Free Guarantee"?
Our guarantee means if the pests return between scheduled visits, we return for free. We stay until the problem is solved.
Do you offer free re-treatments?
Yes, all of our recurring plans include unlimited free re-treatments for covered pests.
Why am I still seeing bugs after my first service?
This is the "flush out" period. The treatment is driving pests out of their hiding spots. They will die off shortly after coming into contact with the product.
Why is the pest problem getting worse?
This usually happens with ants and roaches as they are attracted to our baits. This "surge" is a sign that the colony is actively feeding on the treatment.
How can I tell if a treatment was successful?
Success is measured by a steady decrease in sightings and finding dead insects rather than live ones.
Do you guarantee 100% elimination?
We guarantee to control and manage populations to the point where they do not infest your living space. No one can stop every single bug from ever entering, but we ensure they don't stay.
