  I am truly grateful and impressed with the level of professionalism, care, and dedication that was shown to me and is always shown to me by the employees at this location. Specifically, the manager Andrew. He has gone above and beyond to assist me with my companies needs. He is extremely knowledgeable, very patient, and it is clear that he is the best person for this job. He seems to magically make the plants I need appear when no one else can. Thank you to Andrew, Donna, and the rest of the team that is always working hard to provide premium service with the best selection of quality plants in Ohio. Anyone that owns a company, has a passion for plants, or is interested in learning more about plants would greatly benefit from a visit to the Tallmadge Pettiti’s Location. I look forward to doing much more business with you this season and the service you have provided will not be forgotten.

  This review is for customer service. Petitti's is a 5-star retailer. It was a judicious decision to defer posting this review for a day in order to ensure objectivity. While previous experiences at Petitti's have consistently been pleasant and without incident, this particular visit deviated from that norm. During the checkout process, we politely suggested that including the size alongside the price of an item would be beneficial. It was almost impossible to discern either. The cashier's response and demeanor were quite unexpected. We were informed that prices were already marked on the items and that the sign indicating sizes had been removed due to water damage. While providing a rationale for missing information is understandable, in this instance, it was the negative attitude and tone with which it was delivered that was concerning. What the cashier was unaware of was that we had visited several days prior, and at that time, there was no information present on the items or posted. In a humorous manner, we courteously explained the necessity of this information and our reasoning, yet her agitation appeared to increase. To make matters more challenging, we had paid for an additional item with the understanding that we would retrieve another. Upon our departure, a new cashier inquired if the item had been paid for. The previous cashier, Neve**, overheard the question, no other customer's were present, but did not offer an explanation. We offered to present the receipt. The entire experience was rather uncomfortable. We have consistently enjoyed wonderful and welcoming experiences at Petitti's. Our goal in providing this feedback is well-intentioned. We kindly request that Neve** be reminded that demonstrating kindness and understanding is an integral part of a cashier's responsibilities, and that she serves as a representative of the company. If this review does nothing else, it conveys the importance of having a positive attitude and maintaining a professional demeanor.
