I was and am very impressed with their professionalism and how easy it was to establish a rapport with both. They even came back out a 2nd time to adjust several of my sprinkler heads to insure maximum/accurate coverage. You won't go wrong with Howard's whatever your irrigation needs are. Thanks again guys, I appreciate your help !!
- SWsteven warnerMay 3, 20261.0Used this company for a couple years with zero issues. Service was always great and I always tipped their techs. The last couple years it has drastically changed. Zero customer service, dont return calls for scheduling simple repairs. Don't show up to scheduled times, and then they dont answer or return calls after missing their appointment...or even inform you they won't make their appointment. Loyal customer lost.
