The clock I took to them needs extensive repair and they can't begin to work on it until November 2027- that's 1.5 years from now-because the work they do is so specialized that people come to them from other states to get their cuckoo clocks, grandfather clocks, and other specialty clocks fixed and it's created a backlog of work for them. I'll revisit this review AFTER the repairs are completed and my clock is back home. I will also note here that Rosalie was friendly and up front about repair costs. What this family does is a rare art and central Ohio is lucky that they're here.
