I want to give a Shout Out to two employees at Lowe’s in Strongsville Ohio… Henry and Garry!!
We were looking for white laminate shelving for our closets, 15” x 96” (no holes on the sides). On line it said this store had 47 of them. We got there and that section was empty. Garry was walking by and we asked him for help. He was so knowledgeable, and said he knew about this and had alerted the manager. He said for us to give him a couple minutes and he’d check on it. Garry alerted Henry, and the two of them said they might know where this might be. They needed to check a few areas, move some things to find it.
Well we are so grateful to these two excellent superstars!! They found the container of the shelves we needed!!! Saving us from having to run to another location. They pulled the two shelves we needed out and brought them to us! We were so impressed with Henry and Garry. THANK YOU BOTH SO VERY MUCH!!
