You lost a good customer maybe others because u denied me a free stupid little plant because I was not a Lowes member ? Bad customer service False advertising from Lowes.Shame on loews, this mothers day weekend.

Will change your scheduled delivery with no notice . Ryan the manager at Lowe’s In a Strongsville Oh told me I was the only one complaining - how rude when I was polite in saying what a terrible inconvenience their delivery policy was . I was giving constructive criticism while being given terrible customer service . Will never purchase from here again . Has to give 1 star to post - deserves zero stars. Omg I just read all the delivery nightmare reviews- see Ryan apparently I’m not the only one having Lowe’s Delivery issues. Wish me luck - my delivery may or may not happen tomorrow. 🤞🙏
- ACAaron ChapinApr 19, 20265.0Today, my wife and I were looking to purchase a stand alone shower. We first stopped at Home Depot, but got no help. Every time we asked to talk to somebody, they would send us to somewhere else, with no results. When we stopped at Lowe’s, we were immediately greeted, asked us what we needed and contacted the right person and showed us where to go. Gabe came to meet us and did an excellent job. He’s knowledgeable, engaging and seems to enjoy his job. I hope he knows how great he is!

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
