They did a great job with service and getting the furniture out. Brandi did an amazing job helping me choose furniture and patterns.

Miranda is very professional , detailed oriented, and has a great personality. She helped me choose the right chair for my needs. I was very happy that she gave me options and also made me aware of the upcimg sale. She is an asset to your sales force.

I hate the chairs we bought. They are so ugly. They were expensive and definitely not worth the money They don’t work very well either.

Our experience at La Z Boy, Strongsville was exceptional. Our (free) designer was an absolute delight. Her name is Brandy Ehrenschneider and she is both helpful and knowledgeable. There was no high pressure sales and no pressure for any style but our own. This is the third time we have bought living room furniture from La Z Boy, and the last two times it lasted over 15 years each. Thank you!
