  Salespeople were friendly, helpful and not pushy and I appriciate that. The reclining chair I purchased had a list price of approximately $3,600 so I am disappointed that it creaks and clunks when I operate it. The electric motors are fine but the frame must be out of alignment.

  If you buy furniture from here make sure you have your own truck. Delivery from them was horrible when it came to timing. Given a window of 2:30-5:30 and they didn’t arrive until after 7 and didn’t finish until 9pm. When calling to ask if we can just move to the next day due to how late it would be we were told no, it would have to be next week. Said it is perfectly acceptable per their standards to arrive that late as long as it happened the same day. Delivery drivers were pleasant and said they typically finish around 8-9pm. We were the last stop of the day so it should have been communicated that it would be so late, then I could at least work around that. End of the day it was the communication and poor customer service from the employee at the store that made my experience unpleasant.

  Jenny the manager was very organized, helpful and considerate. I was getting a power recliner for my mother's 99th birthday. Considering my mother's petite sz and age she had specific chairs for her to try when we came in and was very accommodating to my mothers needs. We couldnt decide on the upholstery and she recommended taking some samples home.The entire staff was pleasant and helpful. You didnt get the impression that they worked on Commission or that it was a cut throat environment. The entire experience was relaxed and pleasant thanks to Jenny. We will definitely be back for more furniture!

  I was very impressed with the service I received from La-Z-Boy Strongsville. My husband and I worked with Brandy, their store's interior designer to create a new look for our great room and dining area. Brandy came to our home when the furniture was delivered and helped to make sure everything was in good condition and set up properly. We love the end result of our project and thank Brandy and the staff at La-Z-Boy for making the job go smoothly.

  Jennifer helped me when I walked in wanting to get a recliner for my husband coming home from the hospital. She was so helpful explaining what to look for and finding out what was in stock. She considered my needs as well as my concerns and helped me find a good chair with delivery within 6 days. I went to La-z-boy because they were close and I believed to be better quality although I expected a higher price tag. While I did get a discount on the price, it was Jennifer that cinched the sale!
