  Never again. and I actually put back a very large purchase. Your greed just cost you. 6:30 pm. July 5TH. The young white guy, who was hiding in the back of the store in Lawn and Garden, on his cell phone, wouldn't give me a few broken pieces of rock that they were throwing out. I simply needed something to weigh a bit of chicken wire down. The few pieces of rock were literally in a garbage can sitting in lawn and garden.. This guy is greedy and everything that is wrong with society. So Lowes would rather throw stuff in a landfill than allow a repeat customer to make good use of it. Appalling behavior.. Store manager here should keep better track of their employees because they are literally throwing away money paying a guy who was doing zero work texting on his phone. Just to update my review, I just went over to Home Depot , just around the corner, and the amazing HD employee gave me 8 large paint sticks for free to help weigh my chicken wire down in my grow bags. I was going to buy them, since I wasn't even purchasing paint, but she said I could just have them! How generous! HD rules! I will never shop at Lowes sgain.

  •We signed a contract with Lowe's on April 23, 2026, to purchase and install a new front door. According to the contract, the anticipated start date was June 2, 2026, with an estimated completion date of July 7, 2026. •Unfortunately, the process has been one of the most frustrating home improvement experiences we've ever had. •We have had two different people come to our home to measure the door. •My wife spent more than 1½ hours on the phone trying to resolve a permit issue, even though the permit fee had already been paid. •Rather than taking ownership of the project, Lowe's repeatedly told us to work directly with the third-party contractor. •As the customer, our contract is with Lowe's, not the subcontractor. We expected Lowe's to manage the installation from start to finish. •After months of delays, countless phone calls, and no meaningful resolution, we have completely lost confidence in Lowe's installation services. •Our next steps are to request cancellation of the contract and a full refund if Lowe's cannot immediately fulfill its contractual obligations. If the matter is not resolved promptly, we will also file complaints with Lowe's corporate customer service and the Ohio Attorney General's Consumer Protection Section. •My advice to anyone considering Lowe's installation services: buy your door from a local company that sells and installs its own products. You'll likely receive better communication, accountability, and customer service. •This experience has been so disappointing that we have decided to take our future home improvement business elsewhere.

  We came to Lowes to purchase a grill, and couldn't find anyone to help us. Asked the Customer Service to page help, but nobody showed up. Found an employee on the floor, who said he would help but he "HAD TO" push the shopping cart outside. On the way back he stopped to chat with other customers while we were still waiting. They were all (the customer service girl and the cart guy) surprised that we left. Lowes needs to get their priorities straightened on what's more important to them: making sales or pushing carts. PS we bought the grill at The Home Depot, and they also asked if we needed any and sold us the grill cover, utensils, and the propane tank!

  We used to shop here all the time. Now they use AI then put you on hold for an hour before letting you talk to a ‘person’ who also ends up being AI and incompetent. I wanted to add items to my order. I couldn’t imagine what you would go through if you actually had a problem.

  I went into Lowes this morning to get some paint. Stood at the paint counter under the sign that says "Order Paint Here" for 10 minutes while the associate working at the paint counter went in and out of the paint desk area, walked around the paint desk area, almost walked into me, and even made eye contact with me while at no point acknowledging me. I finally went up to another associate and asked if I could get assistance and was told I wouldn't be recognized if I didn't hit the help button. LOL. So I pressed the help button while the paint associate was about 15 feet from me and he still didn't acknowledge me and proceeded to walk to the back of the store. I was watching the associate put boxes on shelves so apparently stocking shelves was more important than selling paint. Someone here needs to gather their employees and have a nice long talk about customer service. I then went to Home Depot where they acknowledged me immediately at the paint desk and had my paint ready in less than 10 minutes.
