I went into Lowes this morning to get some paint. Stood at the paint counter under the sign that says "Order Paint Here" for 10 minutes while the associate working at the paint counter went in and out of the paint desk area, walked around the paint desk area, almost walked into me, and even made eye contact with me while at no point acknowledging me. I finally went up to another associate and asked if I could get assistance and was told I wouldn't be recognized if I didn't hit the help button. LOL. So I pressed the help button while the paint associate was about 15 feet from me and he still didn't acknowledge me and proceeded to walk to the back of the store. I was watching the associate put boxes on shelves so apparently stocking shelves was more important than selling paint. Someone here needs to gather their employees and have a nice long talk about customer service. I then went to Home Depot where they acknowledged me immediately at the paint desk and had my paint ready in less than 10 minutes.

They lie to you. They said my toilet was on order for a month after the first one came in broken. After repeated follows where we were told they would have to confirm status with the vendor, today they told me they never ordered it. Keep in mind I paid for it a month ago. Now the toilet is out of stock and they can only issue refund.

Called the appliance department this morning to ask a simple question lady who answered the phone She asked for my phone number I gave it then she turned around and asked for my area code. I said I’m sorry. Did you not hear me? I did give it. She said if I heard it I wouldn’t have asked again and proceeded to be very rude and obnoxious. I actually told her I’m going to go ahead and hang up now and call back since you are so rude. This is how we start the day-to-day folks not the first rude person that I have had at this Lowe’s this is why I always go to the one in Macedonia. I swore off the store when they screwed up our whole Windows order five times in a row, but once again just proves to me not to call or go into the store anymore.

Exactly why I go to Home Depot if it wasn't for the Spyder selection of blades and bits and extensions and things like that also Klein Tools I would just go to Home Depot and never go to Lowe's this particular time I was harassed about what I wanted to get I mean I had four different people come up to me and asked me if I needed help looking for anything when I was just shopping and comparing prices and looking at my phone
